Ronnie McLaren

Ronnie McLaren is a freshman at Lovett double majoring in psychology and computer science. You might’ve seen Ronnie recently in the Rice Player’s production of Paganini as Marina. She has been intensely involved in theater since fourth grade, acting and lighting designing at her high school and various community theaters. In all that time, she has been involved in a grand total of 70 shows (she counted). Some favorites include The Drowsy Chaperone (Janet Van de Graaff), Jane Eyre (Helen Burns), Little Women (Meg), and Romeo and Juliet (Juliet). She looks forward to adding many players shows to that list. Outside of theater, Ronnie is a Rice Health Advisor, general executive officer for Rice Alliance for Mental Health Awareness, and enjoys playing various musical instruments.
